Pawtoberfest with Hearts for Heroes

Venue: Zittel Family Amphitheater, Historic Folsom, CA 95630
The 4th Annual Pawtoberfest is back in Historic Folsom, and it’s shaping up to be one of the best free dog-friendly events of the fall. Bring the whole family (fur babies included) for a day of vendors, demos, and community fun in a beautiful outdoor setting.
What to expect:
Dog costume contest at 12pm — come dressed to impress
Pet-themed vendors and exhibitors
Live demonstrations and activities throughout the day
This year’s Pawtoberfest also celebrates a partnership with Hearts 4 Heroes USA, a nonprofit that places emotional support dogs with firefighters, EMTs, and EMS personnel nationwide. You’ll get the chance to meet some of their dogs in training and learn more about the program.
Free and open to the public, no RSVP required. If you’re anywhere near Folsom, Sacramento, or Elk Grove, this is a great one to add to your September calendar.
